Shift timings: Rotational 24/7 and Rotational week off

Job description:

• Email Support: Responding to customer inquiries via email.
• Chat Support: Providing customer support through live chat platforms.
• Social Media Support: Managing customer interactions on social media platforms.
• Data Entry: Entering and managing data in databases or spreadsheets.
• Document Processing: Scanning, organizing, and managing documents.
• Back-Office Operations: Assisting with administrative tasks, HR functions, or other non-customer-facing activities.

Skills:

• Good communication in English
• 1 year experienced in Non voice
• Immediate joining/ willing to relocate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
