Job Description:

  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve performance targets
  • Providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Monitoring team progress and providing feedback to team members
  • Managing and resolving conflicts within the team
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration
