• Calling customers to confirm orders and assisting them with any questions or concerns.
• Communicating with customers politely and persuasively to reduce order cancellations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Recording all customer interactions and updates in Google Sheets accurately.
• Managing logistics software to track orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Following up on NDR (Non-Delivery Report) orders and helping customers with delivery issues.
• Learning practical e-commerce operations and customer handling skills
