Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-typing Data Entry Operator to work in the night shift. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.
- Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly tasks.
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Assist in generating reports and performing basic data analysis.
- Follow company procedures and quality control guidelines.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US/UK time zones).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM tools or data management software is a plus.
- Prior experience in an IT/BPO/KPO environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
