Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products or services.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments when necessary to ensure timely solutions.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Recognize and respect cultural differences, tailoring communication styles to suit diverse customer backgrounds.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments
