Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support for international customers through chat platforms.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
  • Educate customers about our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Monitor chat support performance metrics and strive to meet benchmarks.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining knowledge base articles for common issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
  • Work on improving customer satisfaction and retention scores.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and suggest enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts to accommodate international time zones.
