Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting and selling our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is focused on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote, explain, and sell products/services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, based on customer profiles and potential needs.
  • Product Promotion: Provide detailed product information to customers, answer their questions, and highlight the features, benefits, and pricing to encourage purchases.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive sales by converting leads into successful product sales, meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Follow-ups: Follow up with customers who have shown interest, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchases and assisting with any post-sales inquiries.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers on products and services, and pass valuable insights to the sales or marketing teams for improvements.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and stay informed about new product launches or features.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies to achieve overall sales targets and improve performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or telesales is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive, clear, and confident speaking style.
  • Sales Orientation: Strong sales acumen with a passion for meeting targets and converting leads into customers.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to listen to customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and create a positive experience for the customer.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm and motivation throughout the day.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and share information to improve team performance.
  • Time Management: Effective time management and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of calls and meet sales goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
