• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Product Knowledge: Knowledge of B2C sales, and Premium product
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience: Experience in customer support and customer handling- Minimum 1 year (must)
• Language: Fluency in English (Required)
• Technical Skills: Male Candidates with technical efficiency will be preferred
