Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to lead our search engine optimization efforts and drive organic traffic growth across our digital properties. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing SEO strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, algorithms, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, meta tags, schema markup, and page speed.
- Collaborate with content, development, and UX teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels.
- Manage backlink acquisition campaigns and monitor domain authority and link profiles.
- Track and analyze website analytics, SEO performance, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Stay updated with search engine trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Train junior SEO specialists and support team development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in improving organic rankings and traffic.
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.).
- Technical SEO expertise including crawlability, indexing, site structure, and schema.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX principles.
- Google Analytics Certification or other relevant SEO certifications.
