As a Data Science (AI & Python Program Developers) at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

• Job Type: Permanent / Contract [Depends on Project Needs or C2H]
• Position Type: Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].
• Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc

Technical/Functional Skills

• Additional knowledge in cloud-based ML implementation would be an added advantage.
• Experience in SQL and other DataBase will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with 3 to 8 Years experience in Python.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.

• Work with internal team to implement well-architected solutions.
• Manage Delivery Timeline, Provide Mentorship for junior teams.
• Work together with seniors and be aligned with company values and strategies.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Good Triaging Skills, Ready to Learn and Adapt new emerging technologies.
• Gather, Evaluate, Provide peer feedback and Work well with the team environment.
• Excellent Communication Skills, Documentation Skills for pre-design approvals is mandatory.

You’ll make a difference by: We are seeking a skilled Developer with expertise in SQL and scripting. The candidate should have experience in writing SQL queries, developing scripts for automation, and working with various tools for system enhancements. Experience with Grafana and BI tooling is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Write scripts (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar) to automate processes and workflows.
• Troubleshoot database and scripting issues, ensuring system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions.

Required Skills:

• Grafana and BI tooling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Shell, PowerShell, or Python.
• Understanding of database administration and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL development and scripting.

• 2-4 years of experience is required.
