Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time support to international customers via live chat and email, addressing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through empathetic and effective communication.
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in a non-voice process.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain service quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.
Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
Tools/Platforms: Familiarity with live chat platforms, email support systems, and basic CRM tools.
Educational Requirements
Degree: 12th pass, Any Graduate, or 10+3 Years Diploma.
Certifications: Not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, BPO, or chat support roles.
Familiarity with CRM software or customer support tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
