About the Role
Drytis is seeking creative and AI-savvy professionals to join our team as AI Content Creation Engineers (UGC Specialists). In this role, you will create engaging content focused on AI, technology, software development, and digital innovation.
You will develop high-quality user-generated content (UGC) and social media campaigns designed to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging AI-focused content for Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, Reels, Reddit, and other digital platforms
- Develop promotional videos, tutorials, onboarding content, and marketing campaigns
- Produce original UGC content that aligns with company branding and marketing goals
- Research social media trends and create content designed to maximize engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and content management teams
- Participate in content planning and creative brainstorming sessions
- Analyze content performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Support AI-powered marketing initiatives and content automation workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field
- Freshers are welcome to apply with a strong portfolio
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience creating social media content and digital marketing campaigns
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Similar AI-powered content creation platforms
