We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist for an International non-voice process.

Job Location: Jaipur

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate
With excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication in English.

Salary: Upto 35K CTC

Role:

• Handle customer complaints.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Follow up to ensure resolution.
• Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution.
