• Effectively communicate with existing clients over the chat (Skill: Communication, Chat Support)
• Follow up for payments (Task: Payment Follow-up)
• Meet expected levels of activity and results (Performance Metric: Activity Level, Results)
• Record all pertinent information into the company’s database ensuring the integrity of the database (Tool: Company Database, Process: Data Integrity)
