About the Role:
As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll ensure driver satisfaction by building strong relationships, addressing concerns proactively, and collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and product insights.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Chats, Emails, and outbound calls.
- Monitor and support drivers, providing real-time solutions and assistance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and follow-up actions
Requirements:
- Up to 1 year in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fresher with good communication and understanding will also work
