About the Role:

As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll ensure driver satisfaction by building strong relationships, addressing concerns proactively, and collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery and product insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Chats, Emails, and outbound calls.
  • Monitor and support drivers, providing real-time solutions and assistance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and follow-up actions

Requirements:

  • Up to 1 year in customer success, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fresher with good communication and understanding will also work
