Candidate Requirements:

- Capable of handling a high volume of calls while working under pressure.
- Effectively communicate information with a customer-centric and professional approach.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Record and update student interactions in a spreadsheet and database.
- Possess excellent communication and listening skills with a strong command of English.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities, time management, and a results-driven mindset.
- Achieve personal targets while contributing to team goals.
