Job Description:

• Answering customer queries regarding products.
• Creating touchpoints with customer to inform about delays/ shipping updates/ order flows etc. with Gokwik Pass, Kwik Chat, and Convertway.
• Running retention marketing campaigns.
• Calling abandoned checkout recovering checkouts.
• Carrying our B2B sales to architects/interior designs and corporate gifting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
