Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off)

Location: H169, Sec. 63, Noida (201301)

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 in-hand

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and guide a dynamic group of employees on the night shift. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team meets its performance targets while maintaining high standards of service and quality. You will serve as the primary point of communication between management and team members, offering support, leadership, and problem-solving skills to help the team succeed and meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team to achieve daily goals and meet performance targets.
  • Delegate tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Track team performance and set individual goals aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor and assess progress, making necessary adjustments to maintain productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to upper management on team progress, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues and team member concerns.
  • Implement effective solutions to overcome challenges and sustain team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-6 years in customer service, with preference for those in the travel or airline industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex issues efficiently.
  • Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and improving passenger experiences.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software, online booking tools, and other airline-specific systems.
  • Adaptability: Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Multitasking: Skilled in managing multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Delta Airlines’ services, products, and systems is an advantage.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
