Handle customer queries related to electricity supply, billing, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints regarding power outages, billing errors, and meter issues.
- Process new electricity connection requests.
- Coordinate with field teams for service restoration and complaint resolution.
- Maintain records of complaints and resolutions
