Job Summary: Locus Fire & Security India Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to coordinate service requests, resolve inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about services, scheduling, and billing.
  • Service Coordination:
    Schedule and dispatch field technicians for installations, maintenance, and emergency services.
  • Track service requests, follow up on pending jobs, and update customers on status.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and service teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Update customer records, service logs, and work orders in the company’s CRM/system.
  • Generate reports on service requests, response times, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in preparing service contracts and maintenance agreements.
  • Complaint Resolution & Escalation:
    Identify and escalate critical issues to the relevant departments (technical team, management).
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement:
    Suggest improvements to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
  • Follow company policies and industry compliance standards (fire & security regulations).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience:
    2+ years in customer service, preferably in fire & security, facilities management, or a technical service industry.
  • Skills:
    Excellent verbal/written communication in English & [local language].
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and scheduling tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of fire safety/security systems (preferred but not mandatory).
