Experience: 0.6 to 7 Years in International Call Center (Voice Process). Open to freshers as long as they have good verbal communication skills in English.
Salary: Not a bar for deserving candidates
Location: Nagpur
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Build know-how on the product line to provide customers with quick & relevant solutions / information.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Whenever necessary, route calls to appropriate channel / resource person.
- Ensure follow up on customer calls where necessary.
- Complete call logs.
- Complete call reports.
Soft Skills Needed:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patient & attentive listening & comprehension.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail.
- Team work.
