Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end customers through emails, calls and online chats by handling customer requests and queries
• Understand the international environment in the context of customer support and provide solutions to end customers acceptable against globally recognized standards
• Sustain and build a professional rapport with the clients
• Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs
