Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our services and logistics operations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, striving for satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain and update customer records and ensure data accuracy within the Management Information System (MIS).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators within the logistics department.
- Analyze service trends and customer data to identify areas for improvement and development of new services.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives and orienting them on our systems and practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in customer service roles, preferably in the logistics and supply chain sector.
- Strong understanding of Management Information Systems and data management practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data accuracy and reporting.
