Customer Service Export – Shipping Industry

Customer Interaction:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking, and documentation.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints related to international shipments.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers throughout the shipping process.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Prepare and review documentation for import and export compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents like bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
• Maintain knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.

Shipment Management:

• Track and monitor shipment status and address any delays or problems.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales) to meet customer requirements.
