A vacancy is currently open in the support department, which services a number of projects and clients around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers assigned foreign language (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, email, live chat)
- Providing support to clients; help with current issues
- Registration of information in the database
- Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Hindi
- Expertise in specific language both in speech and writing
- Good knowledge of English
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
