Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – PMIS Process

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the PMIS (Project Management Information System) Process is responsible for providing support, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders using the PMIS platform. The role involves assisting customers with system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, processing requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
    Respond to customer inquiries related to the PMIS process via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding system usage, data entry, and technical challenges.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to users navigating the PMIS platform.
  • Process Management & Documentation:
    Maintain and update records within the PMIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and data security protocols.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    Work closely with internal teams (IT, project managers, and operations) to escalate unresolved issues.
  • Communicate system updates, process changes, and best practices to customers.
  • Assist in training new users on PMIS functionalities and system workflows.
  • Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
    Identify common challenges faced by users and provide feedback to improve the PMIS process.
  • Generate reports and insights based on customer interactions to enhance service quality.
  • Suggest process enhancements to optimize system efficiency and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
