About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric International Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their inquiries efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support to international customers via various channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, including order tracking, returns/exchanges, billing issues, and product information.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to higher levels of support.
  • Proactively identify and address customer concerns and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., customer satisfaction, resolution time, first call resolution).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support within an e-commerce or related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [List of languages required – e.g., English, Spanish, French].
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
