Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via email, chat, and calls to resolve their queries efficiently.
- Understand and provide support for the companyβs SaaS products.
- Document customer interactions and issues for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
- Guide customers on product features, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to improving support documentation and FAQs.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of software applications and technology.
- Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly.
