We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Lead to oversee our chat support team.
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of chat support agents, ensuring high-quality service and support to customers.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, resolve complex issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and individual performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with agents to discuss performance, career goals, and provide development support.
- Assist in training new team members and help them integrate into the team.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, with at least 1 year of experience as a team lead.
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal or written ).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
