Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Assistant to guide customers through the process of scrapping their car. Your job is to explain the steps clearly, answer their questions, and help them understand Scrap policies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Explain how the car scrapping process works
- Help customers understand required documents and next steps
- Answer common questions about our service and policies
- Work with our team to solve customer issues
- Keep records of customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills in English (clear and simple)
- Friendly, patient, and helpful attitude
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, etc.)
- Ability to explain things clearly
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn about the scrap car process and laws
