We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Inbound Calls) to handle incoming customer inquiries professionally. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide solutions efficiently.
- Assist customers with product/service information, queries, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and service guidelines.
5 Days work and 2 days rotational off
