About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals with 1 year of experience in a contact center (voice process). As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently and resolve customer queries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality interactions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues as required.
• Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center (voice process).
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Additional Details

• Compensation Range: INR 3,35,000 – 4,18,000 per annum
• Voice Skill Allowance: INR 79,000
• Shift & Transport: Candidates must be within a 20-kilometer transport zone of AMR Bomanahalli.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: ₹335,000.00 – ₹418,000.00 per year
