Responsibilities:
- Supporting our day-to-day operations by ensuring smooth administrative and financial processes.
- Create accurate and timely invoices for bookkeeping services.
- Ensure all invoices are properly recorded and tracked.
- Organize and maintain customer account folders by sorting and classifying documents.
- Ensure all necessary data sources are connected for monthly bookkeeping, including bank statements and other relevant financial records.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity.
Skills and requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
