Job Summary: Airbus is seeking a Customer Support Engineer – B1 specializing in Engine and Aircraft Maintenance to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for customers. This role ensures the highest standards of service by addressing operational issues, assisting with aircraft maintenance, and liaising with engineering teams to enhance aircraft reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expertise on aircraft engines and systems, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance compliance.
  • Assist airline operators and MROs in diagnosing B1-level maintenance issues, troubleshooting, and performing corrective actions.
  • Support customers with on-site and remote technical guidance, ensuring adherence to Airbus maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions for complex technical issues related to aircraft engines and systems.
  • Monitor fleet performance and proactively identify potential maintenance concerns to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions and technical briefings for customer maintenance teams on Airbus aircraft and engine systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EASA/FAA regulations and ensure compliance with Airbus standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and recommendations for customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • EASA Part-66 B1 Licensed Engineer (or equivalent certification) with experience in engine and aircraft maintenance.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in airline operations, MROs, or OEM customer support.
  • Strong knowledge of Airbus aircraft systems, engines, and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication skills for technical support and customer interaction.
  • Willingness to travel as required for on-site support and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Airbus A320, A350, A380, or other Airbus models.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical services within the aviation industry.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance tools and digital aircraft monitoring system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
