Responsibilities:
- Answering calls & questions about products or services
- Helping customers troubleshoot issues
- Processing returns
- Call customer to brief your products
- Managing customer satisfaction
- Ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
- Serving as a frontline of communication between customers and the company
