Responsibilities:

• Answering calls & questions about products or services
• Helping customers troubleshoot issues
• Processing returns
• Call customer to brief your products
• Managing customer satisfaction
• Ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
• Serving as a frontline of communication between customers and the company
