Working Days: 5 days
- Week offs would be Rotational after training week.
- Training will be paid
Timings: 10:30am-7:30pm (In office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with users/customers to resolve their queries over a call.
- Provide effective resolutions for their concerns.
- Complete a minimum of 150 calls per day with a 50% connectivity rate.
