Job Description:
- Work on becoming a point of contact between the customer and internal departments for all the coordination work, customer brand promotion, and accounts.
- Work on customer brand promotions by executing the agreed proposal of the customer.
- Stay in constant touch with the clients to collect their brand promotion material like logos, write-ups, articles, etc.
- Mail the proforma invoices and collect the advances and balances from the client.
- Work on coordination with the internal marketing team like graphic designers and digital marketing team for the client’s brand promotions.
- Work on regularly mailing the clients as per the discussion and requirement.
- Work on ensuring a smooth, delightful, and fruitful participation experience for the clients, Ability to negotiate effectively, and proactively handle and respond to customer objections.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm.
