Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Customer Support Executive (CSE) will answer daily customer correspondence through voice and non voice methods – telephone, Email, and chat from customers.
  • These Customer Support Executive (CSE) provide order assistance and product information in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Working in a blended process of both Inbound and Outbound.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product, pricing, availability and dispatch.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources within the company.
  • Handle Customer Complaints and Escalations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
