Job Description:
Zouma is hiring a Customer Support Executive (CSE) for a blended process (voice & non-voice) to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.
- Document and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer support (voice/non-voice) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a UK shift timing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM software.
