Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer issues, including technical problems, billing inquiries, and general support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to customers on how to resolve them independently.
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to customer service standards and SLAs.
- Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to relevant teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
