Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be comfortable in either Tamil or Telugu.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in shifts (if applicable).
- Good typing speed and basic computer skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: βΉ25,000.00 – βΉ50,000.00 per month
