Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or products.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Must be comfortable in either Tamil or Telugu.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in shifts (if applicable).
  • Good typing speed and basic computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: β‚Ή25,000.00 – β‚Ή50,000.00 per month
