Customer Support Specialist – Recruitment Software

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support for our recruitment software.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer support, with some background in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to our recruitment software via phone, email, and chat.
  • Deliver timely and effective solutions to technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on best practices and tool functionalities to maximize their platform experience.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams and ensure follow-through on customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and support activities in the CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Must have demonstrated experience in customer support, preferably in a software or tech-related environment.
