Customer Support Specialist – Recruitment Software
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support for our recruitment software.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer support, with some background in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to our recruitment software via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver timely and effective solutions to technical problems, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on best practices and tool functionalities to maximize their platform experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams and ensure follow-through on customer issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and support activities in the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Must have demonstrated experience in customer support, preferably in a software or tech-related environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience or understanding of the recruitment process is nice to have, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
