Job Overview: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers or internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat and provide timely resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to [hardware/software/networking].
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the support system.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
  • Assist in software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to improve products and services.
  • Provide training and best practices to customers and internal employees.

Requirements & Skills:

  • B.tech’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mech,EEE, EC or a related field (preferred).
  • years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) is a plus.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and support software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
