Job Description: We are seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of 20-25 associates, ensuring daily operational goals are met and providing excellent customer experience. The role involves handling escalations, motivating the team, evaluating performance, and addressing operational issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational targets
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor performance and conduct regular evaluations
- Identify and address process gaps
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Plan team schedules and resources
- Manage customer complaints and escalation calls when needed

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
