Job Description: We are seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of 20-25 associates, ensuring daily operational goals are met and providing excellent customer experience. The role involves handling escalations, motivating the team, evaluating performance, and addressing operational issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational targets
  • Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions
  • Monitor performance and conduct regular evaluations
  • Identify and address process gaps
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Plan team schedules and resources
  • Manage customer complaints and escalation calls when needed
