Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
- Identify customersโ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems.
- Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
