Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Willing to visit Customer Sites and resolve Customer Complaints.
• Troubleshooting hardware, network connection and software issues
• Installation of HDD (Hard Disk Drive), SSD (Solid State Drive), RAM (Random Access Memory), Desktops & Laptops
• Install, configure, administration and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
• Installation of Windows OS & other Softwares as required by Customer
• Configure Outlook Email and Backup Configuration
• Configuration of Wifi Router, Internet & LAN related Troubleshooting
• Printer Sharing & Troubleshooting.
• Remote & Telephonic Support when required
• Responding to client IT support requests & Maintaining good user relations
• Maintaining Call Reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 – ₹240,000.00 per year
