Qualification:

• B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• M.Pharma (Master of Pharmacy)
• BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy)
• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)
• BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbound calls related to Healthcare.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Completely Voice process.

Requirements:

• Must be graduate from B.Pharma/ M.Pharma/ BPT /BAMS/BHMS
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of customer service
• Comfortable in rotational shifts
• Should be in Delhi

Note: Candidates having working experience from Apollo/ Tata 1mg/ Max Healthcare / or any Health care company or as a Medical Representative will be considered.
