- Stay updated on company products, services, and international market trends.
- Meet performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, or German are a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
