Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat across multiple time zones.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
  • Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and SLAs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related fields.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling global clients across different industries.
  • Familiarity with multiple communication platforms (email, chat, phone).
