We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented International Customer & Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role requires providing excellent customer support to international clients while assisting with technical issues. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in customer service or technical support, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to international clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
• Educate customers on product usage, features, and troubleshooting steps.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience using customer service software, CRM systems, and troubleshooting tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts to support international clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a tech-related customer support role.
• Familiarity with help desk software and remote troubleshooting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
