We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented International Customer & Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role requires providing excellent customer support to international clients while assisting with technical issues. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in customer service or technical support, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to international clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.

Requirements:
